

BALANCE FITNESS STUDIO
We offer small-group training for women only. We are personal fitness trainers with different training styles offered at different time options. A member chooses a trainer and her time, committing to 2 or 3 days a week. Strength training - Barre - Pilates Springboard are some of the modalities performed in training classes. Our fees are due at the beginning of each month and paid each month, with no contract or fees.
